This notice explains how Flow Stays uses your personal information when you enquire or book.

Who we are

The company that owns the home you book is responsible for your information: Gilburn Homes P1 Ltd (14080387) for Denton Street, Barnsley and Marlcliffe Road, Sheffield, or Gilburn Homes Ltd (12362989) for Park Road, Worsbrough. Registered office for both: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and, when you book, payment details (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us).
• The dates and home you book, the number of guests and any messages you send us.

How we use it

• To manage your enquiry and booking, send check-in details and answer your questions.
• To invoice your company or insurer where you have asked us to.
• To send occasional offers if you have agreed to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

• Our booking and payment systems, our cleaning team (first name and dates only) and, for insurance stays, the insurer or claims handler arranging your stay.
• We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
