Questions contractors ask us
Is there a minimum stay in the week?
Yes, midweek bookings are for longer stays, which suits most working guests. For a one-off night, weekends are open for single nights.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Tell us the company name and address when you book and we'll issue a proper invoice.
Can we park a van?
Yes. The Barnsley town centre home has a parking permit in the house, Worsbrough has on-street parking plus a courtyard space, and Sheffield has free on-street parking on a quiet road.
Do you take long stays, like three months?
We do, and monthly rates reflect that. Message the team with your dates.
What about cleaning on a long stay?
We can arrange a mid-stay clean and fresh linen for longer bookings. Ask when you book.
